What better way to understand a place then to drink their beer?

I have now tried a total of 4 beers from the Old Chicago World beer tour. The wonderful part is that i have 106 more to try. I could not be happier. It's just not possible. Beers Tom has tried from the Old Chicago World beer tour: Flying Dog's dogie style pale ale, Capital brewery's brown ale, Sam Adam's Oktoberfest, and New Castle(i had already had)

Also, Tom is now gainfully employed at the wonderful Hickory Park Restaurant. I am happy to say that after an intensive 20 second interview process, the manager some guy from the back decided that i was the man for the job......i'm pretty sure that job is cooking food.
